Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Following Results?

Wbc is 13.4 neut abs is 8.50 mch is 34 mcv 102 mchc 36 and rdw is at 15. I am also hypothyroid been on 175mcg synthroid daily and haven t missed dose. Tsh on this same test came back at 86. I had us and 1 inch nodule found on left thyroid. Waiting on needle aspiration biopsy results. Please help? This blood work done 1.5 weeks ago.

Hi dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Your total count and neutrophil count is high. It suggest some infection. If you have any symptoms of infection then you should take antibiotics accordingly.

Your high MCV may be due to hypothyroidism or some vitamin B12 deficiency. So check your vitamin B12 level once.

For thyroid nodule go for fine needle aspiration cytology and plan treatment accordingly.
