Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Nothe Report Results?

My so age 11yrs got operated for vsd atthe age of 6 months....them git operated for pulmonary stenosis at the age of 3 yrs...nothe report shows 1.dilated rv/ra/pa 2.pa annulus 20 mm 3. Moderate pr Kindly explain me what they and what has to be done about it.

-patients who have pulmonary stenosis , there may be some dilatation of RA and RV and PA(pulmonary artery)
-after surgery for pulmonary valve some degree of pulmonary regurgitation(PR) is common. nothing to worry for that
-if there are no other finding on cardiac imaging, then there is nothing serious.
-if he is asymptomatic and doing fine- nothing more to do at this moment, however he needs periodic medical followup and investigations.
