Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Results Of Prostate MRI?

I have just had an MRI on my prostate. I ve been told I have a 1.3cm node. Is 1.3cm considered I have just had an MRI on my prostate. I have been told that there is a 1.3cm node apparent. Is 1.3cm considered large ? Is it necessarily cancerous ? Thank you.

1.3 cm size nodule in prostate doesn't confirm cancer.
Important thing is its location and other findings like PSA level,biopsy finding etc.Peripheral zone is more prone for malignancy.
FNAC of lesion will confirm its nature.So,don't get scared and let the detail investigation done.
