I have the left fallopian tube is visualized and is unremarkable.2) the right fallopian tube is not seen. 3) anteflexed and lateralized uterus. And the uterus is anteflexed and lateralized towards the right.there is visualization of the left fallopian tube wit prompt spillage of contrast material. The rigth fallopian tube was not seen throughout the examination. By Christine

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your report suggests that the uterus is in anti-flexed position.
Anteflexion is the normal position of the uterus.
The left fallopian tube is visualized and there is spillage of the dye in the pelvic cavity from the left fallopian tube.
This is normal finding and shows normal structure of the tube.
The right tube is visualized and no leakage of dye.
This indicates that there is blockage of the right fallopian tube.
The cause of this blockage has to be found out.
Blockage of the fallopian tube block the passage of ovum from ovary to the uterine cavity through that tube.
