Hi
Thanks for writing your query
It's unusual to have developed severe pain overnight. Having said that I need to see your x ray and blood report to have final word. The symptoms you have could be because of reactive arthritis that is secondary to some infection in the body leading to severe pain in joints. Just discuss with your doctor.
Take care
