Can Autism Cause Difficulty In Finding Words While Speaking?
what kind of disorder is it when during a conversation I am unable to say the word but I can see the image but I cannot name it? It started happening in my early 30 s. I was told once that it is a form of autism. I can also create 3D images in my mind when I am trying to create something.

Hi,
It may be due to aphasia. Your symptoms may be seen in Broca's area lesions leading to Broca's aphasia. Aphasia due to dementia or brain stroke or head injury or degenerative disease or vitamin b12 deficiency etc.
Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done MRI brain, blood sugar, ECG, hemoglobin level then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
