Can Back Pain Be Treated By Naproxen?

I have this back pain in my lower back. Also I get the urge to go to the bathroom even after I go. Sometimes the pain goes from my lower back to my stomach. I Had this happen a few months ago and had xrays and a cat scan but they didnt find anything. the dr prescribed naproxen and a muscle relaxer. After i took the Mucle relaxer was almost instant relief and havent had any problem for a few months now its the same thing in the same place. What do you suggest?

You can take Naproxen for back pain.

If pain persists, better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
