Can Barrett S Esophagus Lead To Hunger Pains?

I am feeling some kind of hunger pains but I know I am not hungry. Sometimes there is pain in my right side, too. A year ago I had a Nissanfundoplication. I have Barrett s Esophagus and my concern is that something is flaring the digestive diseases.

Hi,

I read your history and could say that it is time to schedule an appointment with your GI specialist and to run upper endoscopy to further evaluate the status of upper GI tract.

Based on the results, appropriate treatment will be prescribed.

I advise to:
- eat often and small portions
- avoid foods causing irritation of the stomach (hyperacidity)
- take antiacids
