Can Being Born With Cord Wrapped Around Neck Cause Adhd?

my son was born with the cord wrapped around his neck, they sent me home twice, by the time I was in delivery I was unable to feel contractions, both baby and I went into distress. now he is 23 years old and is very slow, a few years ago diagonised with adhd can birth be part of the problem

Hi...cord round the neck might not be the reason as such directly, but the hypoxia or low oxygen levels due to the cord round the neck might have been a reason for it. But there is no way we can conclusively say that it is the cause for his present situation.
