I go to boot camp three (3 ) times a week for one (1) hour.

But when I go up five flites of stairs, I am winded and my heart is pouding. I am over weight, but would say, I am fat fit

Hello and thanks for your question. It is a strain on the body to carry extra weight. Imagine if you went to a hardware store and picked up a 50 pound bag of concrete and carried it around. No matter now much you work out this will cause you to be winded and raise your heart rate. Losing the weight is important. You might consider working out or at least doing some form of exercise every day. Also eating less calories is essential for weight loss. Good luck to you.
