Can Betnesol Cause Pimples?

hi doctor. i was suffering from weakness. i went to my family doctor.. he gave me betnesol forte. he suggested me to take tablets 10 days.i ate betnesol forte twice a day. after completing this course i saw pimple is coming on my face.. so i scared and i consulted my doctor.. i asked him about betnesol forte so he told your pimple is natural so no need to worry.. before taking this tablets there was no pimple ..
my face was ok. so doctor plzzzz let me know about betnesol forte.. and what should i do. whom should i consult. for my skin.
