Can Black Spots On Lungs Result In Severe Cough And Tightness In Throat And Lungs?

For about a year: tightness in upper chest into throat, similar to the same tightness of childhood bronchitis; raspy, unproductive cough, enhanced when I eat wheat or sugar products. My diet includes several oranges a day, pistachio nuts, pau d'arco tea, meat, and vegetables. . .possibly Valley Fever symptoms?
Two years ago when I had a kidney stone, apparently there were two small black spots on my lungs as detected by imaging. I have not experienced any problems until the past two months wherein my cough has worsened and my throat and lungs have tightened.
