Can Bladder Infection Cause Loss Of Appetite?

Can a Bladder Infection Cause loss of appetite? I'm having small cramps in my lower abdomen where my pubic hair would be at, It doesn't burn when I pee it just takes forever to come out. I've been taking Cranberry pills and it helps and the cramps go away but they come back again, I also took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Do i have a bladder infection?
