Can Bloating, Dizziness, Nausea And Stomach Cramps Be Symptoms Of Early Menopause?

Hi I am a 46 year old female. For about 2 weeks I have felt terrible, bloating, dizziness, nausea. I have had some stomach cramps in my lower abdomen . I am always gassy. I am also late on my period. Could this be early menopause or could it be something more serious.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

There is nothing much to worry about this condition as it can be due to other causes also, other than menopause. An ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required, start with pantoprazole.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
