Can Bloating,light Headed,upset Stomach And Nausea Be Symptoms For Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

Hello, I'm 18 years old. I had my gallbladder removed almost a year ago, I haven't had the best diet. Last Wednesday or Thursday I felt like my menstrual cycle was about to come but because I have an IUD mirena, my menstrual cycle doesn't come almost a year. But now I've been feeling bloated, Light headed, upset stomach and with nauseas. Could it be that I have irritable bowel syndrome? Thank you for your time

Hi. Your symptoms are more of an intestinal infection. Please tell us about any history of fever / loose motions. You may need an antibiotic course and you are advised to seek a Doctors consultation as these may be prescription medicines.
