Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Sclerotherapy is used to block the hemangioma causing vessel which may cause gradual shrinkage and recovery. But sometimes the agent or lysis of the blood may gives bad breath. Same time check for other possibilities like infections, sinusitis or polyps or tonsillitis which may cause bad breath. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
