Can Blood Pressure Pills Lead To Vomiting?

my mom took blood pressure pills and she started to vomit and have the ruins and she hasnt stopped. She took it before and we had to rush her to the hospital because we werent sure what was going on..she was released the next day and stopped puking and having the ruins should we take her back or let her ride it out
