Can Bowels & Bloating Related To PCOS?

Hi,i was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries about 4 years back. Currently, my stomach feels bloated even if i eat two spoons of food and its feel realy hard. Also,im having a sort of ache in the left side of my lower abdomen, near my ovaries, which is affecting my lower back too. I haven't had my periods for 3 months this time and am waiting for my pap smear results to come in before starting medication. Could the bowel problem and pain and bloating be related to my condition, or is it something else?

* Due to PCOS , hormonal changes secondarily can give rise to gastritis
disturbed intestine motility and enzyme levels which will give
bloating .

* Pain is in relation to PCOS only .
