Can Brandy Given To An Infant With Severe Cold And Cough With No Help From Nebulization?
My baby is 7 months old and he is suffering from severe cold cough for the last one month.I have given him all home remedies and doc's treatment and even nebulised him but no positive result came out. Kindly advice something.can I give him brandy?

Dear I read your scenario. You should keep the baby warm. Should give him antibiotic like SYRUP CLARITHROMYCINE and antipyratics like Syrup Brofen. You should do ventoline neubolization of the baby. Avoid home remedies. Hope your baby get well soon. You can ask more questions regarding this issue otherwise you should go to near doctor. Thanks for asking.

You shouldnt give brandy to the baby. Salbutamol syrup can be given according to weight.If wheezing is there corticosteroids will be needed.It can be given as syrup or by inhalation.It is better to approach your doctor.Hope this may help you.
