Hello,

Your son symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. Maxtra syrup is a medicated syrup which is prescribed for treating respiratory problems like nasal congestion, running nose or rhinorrhea, cough and cold.

You can use this medication to relieve the symptoms of the infection. I also recommend to give liquids and rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
