Can Calcium Supplements Help Increase Height In Teen Girls?

My Daughter is 13 years old and attained maturity last year January. She is 150 cms . Is there any way her height can be increased. I am 153 Cms and my husband is 176cms. her sister is also tall and i am getting apprehensive as she hasn t shown significant height since last year other than an inch. Can i give her calcium supplements. She is very active in sports and dancing

Unfortunately, calcium would not help her increase in weight. she is still young and would continue to increase in height up to about 18-19years. A height of 150cm at 13years is god enough and should not cause any panic. Stay calm and do not seek aggressive measures to help increase her growth which may prove damaging in future.
