Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As due to the callus at the tip of the finger, the tendons may be tight enough to change the biomechanics of the tendons and this might lead to knuckle pain. Doing hot water fermentation and simple passive assisted mobilization will help reduce the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
