Can Calpol 5 Ml And Meftal P Be Taken Without Having Food?

Hi Doctor, My daughter 3.5 old is suffering from high fever..now currently giving calpol 5 ml along with meftal-P 2.5 ml every six hrs.last dose given almost 10 hrs ago..now running fever around 102.she is not taking any food.my question is whether we can give the medicine now as she has not given any food? She is refusing any food.

hi.thanks for the consultation,YEAH YOU CAN GIVE MEDICINE NOW SINCE SHE HAS RUNNING FEVER OTHERWISE THERE MAY BE LOT OF OTHER COMPLICATIONS OF HIGH FEVER.NO NEED TO WORRY THERE ARE SO MANY PROTECTIVE FACTORS IN THE STOMACH WHICH WILL TAKE CARE.GOOD LUCK.
