hello welcome to hcm well cardiomyopathies are usually of 2 types
(1) HYPERTROPHIC CARDIOMYOPATHY
(2) ISCHEMIC CARDIOMYOPATHY
although the second type typically causes chest pain but practically both the types can lead to chest pain and tachycardia..whichever type of cardiomyopathy you have, you have to get these 2 investigations done to further evaluate the overall cardiovascular profile so that appropriate treatment can be started so get these done
(1) CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY
(2) ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY
once you get these tests you can either send us a scanned copy of your reports or consult a cardiologist around you regards hcm
