Can Cervical Spondylitis And Tinnitus In Left Ear Related?

I ve been diagnosed as having cervical spondylosis (and have been through a course of PT to deal with pain and stiffness running down my RIGHT arm to my wrist) AND I ve been suffering from more and more ear ringing (LEFT ear). (Several years back, I started using a neck-support pillow for sleeping. I think it now needs replacement, as it s not supporting my neck the way it did when new.) How might these conditions (cervical spondylosis and tinnitus) be related, if at all? I m not satisfied that my ENT, my dentist, and my neurologist are looking at this problem as a whole. . . .
