I'm 56 - 5'5" - weight 165 lbs. I've been having this achy pain just on the right side (nearest the center of my chest) for a couple of days. No other noticable symptoms although I have been under a lot of stress lately, i.e., husband had a massive HA in Feb., work stress, problems w/ my father-in-law's estate, economy. I am taking Wellbutrin for mild stress but I'm afraid this may be something related to my heart.

Here I am giving you few posibilty in your case. 1.First you have undergone very much stressful condition.anxiety and related panic attack can lead to chest pain. Try to avoid stress . Rather think about alternate solution for problems. Short term alprazolam can be taken for few days. 2.Second it might be because muscular pain by overwork or improper sleep posture.take analgesic and hot compress for it. 3.Though chance less to rule out cardiac cause ECG can be done. I hope you will get well soon. Parth
