Can Combination Of Drugs With Lotion Cause Lumps And Rashes After Angiogram?

I had an angiogram done last thursday and I noticed there is a small lump is that normal? I also put some lotion on last night and my arms and legs broke out with a rash, I have used the lotion before on new medications so can that be from the combination of meds and lotions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. The reaction can be caused by the lotion or even the medications. I suggest to use Benadryl to treat the symptoms. I also suggest using steroid cream for local application.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
