Can Combination Of Ibuprofen And Paracetamol Cause Heart Attack?

I have Hypertension combined with AF. taking acitrom 2.0, amlodipine and metroprolol. Recently there was an acute pain in feet. was advised to take ibuprofen and paracetamol. BUT, somebody told thet this combination can cause heart attack. Please advise.

Hello.Continuous intake of Ibuprofen and other anti-inflammatories drugs increases slightly the risk of heart attack-cardiovascular diseases, but taking it for a few days is allowed. Paracetamol is a drug not related to heart attack-cardiovascular diseases.I wish you good health.
