Can Constipation, Tiredness, Sleeplessness And Lower Abdominal Cramps Be Indication Of Pregnancy?

hi, im a female of 19 years, i had intercourse on Nov 7,2013 and the barrier method failed as it tore off. Im having some symptoms which i thought i might be pregnant. I have a 40 day cycle and my last cycle started at Nov 3.

My symptoms are,
* I had coitus last week and i felt severe pain.
*Again today i had and it hurt me so much that i cried and after 5 hours it subsided.
*I also had constipation today.
*Also i took two pregnancy tests by test strips, one last week and one today but the result is negative.
*I feel tired often and this might be because these are exam days where i sleep rarely in the night for a day and i get some 3 days holidays in between.
*My period has to come within 10 days and other than this lower abdomen cramp and constipation i dont have any other symptoms.
So can it be pregnancy? If so can you please suggest me how to progress with the situation. and if abortions are necessary through surgical methods should i have a parental consent for it? And thank you for answering my question.
