firstly i am becouse you quite opium, if permantaly quit opium adiction you start yoga, take healty diet fruit,juice
you start homeopathic medicine avena sativa q 20drops 3time a day and alfa alfa malt 2time a day mix with milk
continue this medicine 1month than after 1month again contact
and increase your will power all the best
