Can Continuous Usage Of Aspirins Cause Hemorrhage?

Iam afraid i might have cancer. I havent consulted with a doctor yet but iam pretty sure. And I read aspirins might help fight cancer so I toke one daily for 3 days now. But then i read they might cause haemhorrage. Do you think I may get an heamhorrage? Iam 17.

Hello,

Aspirin is a blood thinner and there is always chance for spontaneous bleeding and the chances of bleeding is high after a minor trauma. However, there is no need to take aspirin unnecessarily.
