Dear sir, my daughter is suffering from motion with mucos and she is crying, i think due to stomach pain or worm, i have visited a pediatrician he has given medicines cyclopam suspension econorm zinc dry powder for suspension can i give all these at a time.

The child has got stomach infection probably dysentry.
Requires stool routine examination and culture/sensitivity.
Stool culture will tell us about the exact bug causing infection and also the exact drug needed to eradicate the infection.
Mentioned drugs can be used for the symptomatic relief of the problem
