Can Cyst In Ovary Cause Bright Orange Stool?
I have been getting bad gas from both ends for five months now and then chronic upset stomach but no pain I had.an operation eight weeks ago called the star procedure to straighten the bowel but since then things have for a lot worse and.my stools are bright orange.they now say I have a cyst on my ovary could this be causing the problems

I really appreciate your concern, abdomen symptoms of diarrhea, flatulence, and the ovarian cyst are not related with each other. Cyst cannot cause the change of fecal material like color or consistency, these are the separate conditions. Stool needs to be sent for lab examination.
