Can Delayed Periods With Diarrhea And Nausea With HPT Negative Mean Pregnancy?

Hi, I m 26yo, have PCOS and for the last year my periods have been roughly a 30 day cycle. Last period was a 16 day cycle now I am 16 days late. My fiancé and I have been trying for 2 years to conceive but haven t had any luck. My current symptoms are diarrhoea, bloating, nausea, mild cramping, tiredness. I am on metformin and have been taking ferro-gradumet. I have done 4 hpt all negative. Could I be pregnant?
