Can Diabetes Cause Pain In Lower Right?

40 yr old type 1 diabetic (for 25yrs on insulin pump), had hysterectomy 7 months ago, they left my ovaries... Very bad pain in lower right side the past 2 weeks, tired of going to the doctors, they blame everything on my diabetes and never help with what is going on.... Any suggestions of why I hurt?

Dear sir

Diabetes might not cause pain in the lower right, but it causes vague variety of symptoms which might vary from small pain to crushing neuropathy.

but that symptom further need to be evaluated for any other causes like appendicits or other with appropriate investigations.

Thanks
