Can Diarrhea And Vomiting Be Due To Excessive Expose To Sun?

MY SISTER IS ON PREDISONE, AND HAS 1 PILL LEFT. SHE TOOK IT FOR SINUS. MONTHS AGO SHE HAS SURGERY FOR SINUS. YESTERDAY SHE WAS OUT IN THE SUN MOST OF THE DAY. COULD THAT HAVE CAUSE HER TO VOMIT & HAVE DIAREAR? I SHOULD LOOK BACK & SEE IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER SYMTHEMS

As you mentioned that your sister is taking prednisolone from one month and this is last dose , so this is not a side effect of this drug.
Diarrhea and vomiting however may be due to excessive heat as you mentioned that she faced direct sun light so summer diarrhea is most common followed by vomiting called as gastro-enteritis .
When such patient visit to me I advise them to take Ringer lactate 2-3 drips according to necessity . ( depth of dehydration followed by these symptoms ).
Usually doxycycline 200 mg capsule in single dose is sufficient .
Ondansetrone tablet is also important .
Plenty of fluid mixed with salt and sugar also good replacement.
