Can Dilation Cause Urinary Problem?

Hi I had two dilations, one in September and other in October. After those I have been experiencing difficult to urinate and second excessive urination. I do not know the cuses of that reaccion because I have had many dilations in the past and never experienced this symptoms

* The symptoms of the urinary problem are definitely in concern with the secondary bacterial infection following instrumentation for the purpose of urethral dilatation.
