Diabetologist 's  Response
Diprofos contains betamethasone which is a corticosteroid. It can be used in the management of rheumatoid arthritis. Since your history suggests that you have good response to Diprofos, I would advice you to mention the same to your rheumatologist when you have a flare up. You can insist on this particular medication.
The dose and route will depend upon the severity. And corticosteroids has their own risks that has to be weighed against benefits over long term.
Hope you are doing good now. Thanks
