Can Dog's Scratch Cause Rabies?

hi a dog bite my friend but he was wearing a jeans when he was bit, it has no blood just a scratch but it was color red it was a mosquito bite like, he had anti rabies like 10 years ago, should we worry about rabies? the dog btw had no vaccination record

Yes nibbling of uncovered skin, minor scratches or abrasions without bleeding cause rabies. it comes under category ii which nees wound management and antirabies vaccine
