Can Drinking Less Water Cause Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection?

Yes please. I have been diagnosed 3 times with E Coli urine infections in the previous 6 months. I am a nurse so I am quite aware of proper wiping and I am so clean. I am wondering if perhaps because I do not drink enough liquids, could the bacteria keep growing back, after antibiotics?
