Can Dryness Of Nose And Severe Headache Suggest Tumor?

Hello I had a panic attack last Monday and ever since I been having a pain In the lower part of my head my neck and my nose is super dry and I haven t been able to sleep thinking that i might have a tumor in my head please help can this be due to stress

Fortunately those symptoms aren't specific or related to brain tumor
You can schedule a neurologic exam and if it is normal you have nothing to worry about
Start treatment for anxiety and you will be fine
