Hi,

Suspicious of eltroxin induced liver injury. Based on the history and the LFT report you seem to be suffering from liver injury apparently caused by eltroxin. It is a rare condition which is reversible after the discontinuing the drug.

I advise you to consult your treating doctor to rule out the possibility of other underlying causes of liver injury and to prescribe an alternate effective but a safer triiodothyronine (T3) as a replacement therapy for hypothyroidism.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
