Can Enzyme Test For Blood Clot Show A False Positive?

i am 15 wks pregnant and was just notified that the enzyme test for blood clot came back positive. I had this test done due to the fact that I was becoming short of breath intermittently especially when I lay down. Can this test be a false positive?
