Hi,
I am 26 year old male. I did too much masturbation without knowing whether it is bad or not. Now I am feeling that I am not good enough for girl. I am fully frustrated with my future. I am confused whether I can go for marriage. Is there anyway to rectify the problem. I am looking forward your consultancy.

Hello,

There should not be any confusion with masturbation practice. Masturbation is natural and normal and never unhealthy if you practice it in moderation. You can go for marriage without being worried about masturbation.
