Can Excessive Drinking Cause Light Sensitivity And Dull Pain?

Hi there, i had a bit to drink last night, and i kept drinking water inbetween each drink, but i still got a little hungover this morning. My eyes feel really sensitive to the light, and they wont stop watering, they also have a dull pain, and almost feel dry if that makes any sense? Is this normal? and why does it happen?

Hangover.
This increases your sensitivity to all stimulus (noise, light, etc.) Dryness is also a sign of dehydration that occurs with hangovers.
