hi my name is alam, 26 years of age, because of over musterbation i feel so weak, feel i dont have any power for sex, my penis not getting harder any more and also have very thin semene lickage with urine, any chance i can get recovered from this problem? is there any permanent recovery, i stopped doing musterbation naw.
