Can Extreme Dizziness An Indication Of High Blood Sugar?

I m extremely dizzy - again - and cannot drive a car or walk easily in a straight line. I ve looked up Meiner s (sp?) disease and that says it only last for a short time. Mine lasts for days and days unless I get into the chiropractor and have my ears adjusted. Unfortunately, the adjustments are no longer holding and the vertigo feeling is more and more pronounced. Would Dramamine be of any help - usually that just knocks me out when I take it for sea travel. Could this be a sign of high blood sugar levels? I m 57 years old, non-smoker, 5 7 , 145 pounds and exercise regularly. Thank you!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern there is no particular or specific symptoms for hypertension but of course in sever or malignant hypertension this could manifest, if you have some doubt then better to read the blood pressure, such symptoms may be due to vestibular dysfunction, viral fever, allergic condition, may be due cervical spondylitis, hope his information helps, take care
