hi,
Any antidepressant should be cautiously used in patients with severe kidney disease, as limited excretion can result in relative over dosage. This ends up with side effects like sedation, dry mouth and seizure potential.
Exzilor is no exemption to this fact.
Assuming her weight to be 50 kg, her eGFR is very low and indicate severe kidney disease. I would recommend her to be taken to a psychiatrist for selecting a drug which is much safer to use in kidney disease.
Hope this helped.
