Can Falling On One's Bottom Affect The Upper Back?

I slipped this morning when walking and landed on my bottom, but now the top part of my back hurts. It seems to hurt more when I breathe in, is this anything to do with my fall, or is it just because it could be my chest because it was very cold today?

You could have sprained your upper back in that fall. I suggest you meet your doctor for further investigation and management.
