Can Females Have A 2nd Menopause?

I went through menopause when I was 46 and I m now 55, about to be 56. I had a hysterectomy but ovaries were left intact because doc didn t want me going through surgically induced menopause. I m sweating all the time now, is there a 2nd menopause time for any woman?

Hi,

There is nothing called second menopause. Ovaries left behin to supply female hormones like estrogen. Once the ovaries are removed you might experience symptoms like hot flashes and may sometimes require hormone replacement therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
